What a wonderful job this company does! I know people always take the time to complain more than to praise. I usually deal with Ben or Brandon but everyone at Option provides a sense of security for FSC and it’s staff. We know we can call with any need or issue and someone at Option will handle our needs with professionalism and expertise. They are all really nice people too! 😊 Thanks and keep up the good work!
As a current customer, I just had a terrible experience with one of their IT non-professionals. Apparently Mike has been there a long time and they have plenty of client business so he gets away with being completely rude and unprofessional. Ben is who we normally deal with, it's too bad his customers have to suffer while he takes a week long vacation. When I called in this morning, my basic problem was met by Mike with laughter.
