Wish I could leave less stars but here we are. The staff at the building are very friendly, however we did not have a good experience trying to get a simple IV into my grandmother. We also have had tons of problems with all of their offsite staff. I do not recommend going through them for anything.
The worst customer service ever!
Beware, in all sincerity. It's difficult to tell whether there is such a profound depth of incompetency or this is a scam. They will claim they are able to work with your insurance and honor your prior authorizations, but I was left with enormous bills and an inability to resolve them. You'll get transfered to off-shore billing and nobody will have access to your account. This is one facility in Lexington, but nobody in Lexington is responsible.
