I have nothing but the best experience here with the staff and with the pharmacy. German is a magnificent infusion nurse! It is rare to feel the needle being inserted but even then you can barely feel it. You can definitely tell he knows what he is doing and that he is knowledgeable. Very poor communication between Option Care and patient. Extremely long wait times on number provided . Absolutely no proactive actions taken with existing patients. No follow up when you do actually get to speak to someone.. Your not made to feel as though your a valued client nor patient, but just a number. If there was a minus section, I would consider using that as a rating.
I am sure the management is working for its competitors. Every "Process Improvement" makes the company worse and lose more patients. It sure looks to me they use "Process Improvement" as a way to kill the process and benefit the competitor. This is not a joke. They have general manager doesn't know how to calculate percentage.
