Got discharged from hospital yesterday. I was told my Medicine will be delivered no later than 10pm that day. The warehouse ended up closed for Halloween. So I was told they will deliver it next day it’s now 10:35 am and still nothing even tho I was told I will get it 9am today. I done missed 2 doses of an antibiotic that I really need . Called hospital and they wanted to readmit me due to this company . I great place to get help when you really need it
DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!! THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. THEY WITHHOLD MEDICATION. They claim they treat you like family but they really treat you like a foster child they never wanted and only need your check to shop with!
These people simply do not care. I called yesterday at around 2pm to ask where my son’s delivery was and they stated they were still working on it. I let them know it was important he gets it because he did not have an item that he needed for last night (which I had let them know beforehand on Tuesday) I was told it would be delivered last night. I had to start my son’s infusion & I didn’t hear anything so I called the after hours line. They took my contact info and stated that someone would call me to let me know….I never r... read more
