Everyone at Option care has exceeded my expectations. They successfully rolled out the use of a new to market gene therapy for my 4 kids. We have never had anything but exceptional service.
The Pharmacy was friendly and followed up with me to make sure that I had what I needed for my infusion. the reason I would give this only a two is very were not contracted with my insurance and instead of telling me that he just told me that it would be $1,400 and that I could go into a payment plan. come to find out the company that they sent me to to do the nursing would have covered everything in one place 100%. I'm very upset that this company put me in a hardship financially.
Everyone is so nice to talk to. They have made caregiving for my dad so much easier. All his prescriptions have been right on time. The best customer service I've dealt with in a long time.
