The nurses are great but... When administration drops the ball you can be in for a world of hurt and no recourse. I received infusions here for a year and all was decent until I had to switch insurances and the administrator denied getting me in while my primary insurance was active (reason: bc they have already submitted for the new insurance), they had submitted the wrong number for the insurance, wasting a week, I gave them the correct number, and somehow the correct number was not submitted again, i only found out after ... read more

I have been coming here for several years and have always had a great experience. The staff are kind, professional and really care about their patients. The facility is always clean and comfortable. They offer recliners, television and snacks to enjoy while visiting. The receptionist is always so welcoming. Highly recommend Option Health Care in Everett!!!!

I have been coming to Option Care Health in Everett for almost four years, and I cannot say enough good things about this facility. The clinic is always peaceful, welcoming, and exceptionally clean. Every staff member is kind, professional, and genuinely pleasant to work with. A special thank you to Kim, who is the most amazing nurse I have ever had. Option Care, provides its patients, like myself. A great services In the form of two amazing Nurses. Pias and Kim are a awesome team. My wife has only been receiving her infusions for a short while now, and it has been a nightmare! The facility is unreliable in ensuring that my wife receives her infusions on time. They lack the necessary availability to provide timely infusions. Some of the nurses are kind, but they seem to lack the competence required for infusions. Either they lack the resources needed to complete the job or they genuinely don’t care about my wife’s well-being.
