The front desk staff is so accommodating! Even though there was a blackout during my scheduled appointment time, they called me back when the power was back on and gave me another appointment for the same day 😊
Dr Russell & Becky were so great! My crown prep experience was easy and painless. I appreciated how thorough Becky was with her explanations of the procedure in every step. She is so kind! Dr Russell is always so easy to talk to. He listened to my concerns and made sure things were as they should be for me!
Promp, efficient, excellent care
They always do a thorough job on cleaning teeth. I have sensitive gums and they are great about working around that issue. Have had three different assistants for cleanings and all did a good job.
Let me just start out by saying , right when you walk in the door Paula will always have a smile on her face !! So pleasant and greets you right away. Then there is Jill who is also super great and puts a smile on my face every time :) My whole family always has a great experience and truly feel so welcome . Thank you for what you do. Jason
I never mind going to the dentist since I’ve started going to North Benton Dental Care 45 years ago. There’s no way I would have kept going there for that long if the staff and dentists I’ve seen at that practice weren’t remarkable people! Everyone is so friendly and make me feel very comfortable.
My experience was awesome!! Very caring and continued to make me feel comfortable and at ease.
I had a great visit on Monday. Exceptional and personal care. They worked with my schedule and my insurance. I have already recommended them to friends.
Thanks for your patience with my goofed up work schedule and still getting me in for an appointment.
