4 unsuccessful attempts to reach someone at corporate and submit a complaint. The Peachtree Corners, GA pharmacy retaliated against me based on a legitimately earned bad review left over a year ago. OC is the only pharmacy in GA capable of mixing the daily infusion medication I need to live. A week ago today I was told Im not going to be a patient again because I was a "bad patient" in the past. No one will call you back. Customer service representatives are overseas. They will not even respond to other insurance companies calling them to resolve issues. Will never, ever use again. Been almost one year trying to get the billing done correctly with absolutely no resolution. Shameful.
