great coordination between the hospital, drs and the nursing home care...very impressed..
UPDATE: I wanted to post this update because days after I posted this review, I found how this place “operates”: I emailed them, per the email they provided in their response. They have yet to respond back. And it’s been 1 week already. I also found out that my prescribed medication that they were going to administer to me, got decline not once, but twice and they never informed me that it got denied by my insurance. Terrible. Billing errors. Phillipines is there "help" center. Trying to come after for 12 k after they said everything was paid for.
I’ve been to several infusion centers in the past. This by far is the best! It’s clean & offers private rooms. You’re monitored before, during, and after infusions. Special call out to Sam who was extremely helpful in navigating my care and Cathy who gave me my vaccination today. Cathy took the time to ensure I was comfortable & cared for…I’m grateful to her & the staff at Optioncare.
Nurses at Option care in Las Vegas are excellent nurses. They comfort you while your treatment is going on, the nurses make sure that the instructions on how to administer your medication is clear and concise if you need any extra help they are there willing and able. I refer this option care treatment Center to anyone who has an alien infection or needs certain antibiotics administered.
