No way of contacting anyone . Had one appointment so far everything explained in detail but noticed moisture in my picc line dressing , tried calling for assistance but just goes to voicemail with prompt about a call back next day so I guess its off to the emergency room
If I could give more stars I would. Cary was top notch. She took the time to show my husband and I how to administer meds to my midline. She was professional, knowledgeable, and excellent patient care. This has been very rough time for me and Cary stepped up and went above and beyond. Thank you!
⭐ 1 STAR — OPTION CARE HEALTH: A DREADFUL PATIENT EXPERIENCE This is not a complaint about one misunderstanding. It is a complaint about an entire experience that has been consistently rude, unaccommodating, poorly communicated, and unnecessarily stressful. I am a patient receiving treatment with a PICC line. That alone comes with enough stress and responsibility without having to fight the healthcare provider responsible for coordinating my supplies. The actual nurses and staff were nice. The low rating is based on the invoice that I received afterwards. I had to call my insurance company, which assured me that everything was paid for, and call Option Care 2x before the issue was fixed. So, I'd advise anyone who gets care from them to contact their insurance company before the first visit to make sure that the medicine and nurses are covered; it will save you from the unnecessary added stress that I went through.
I received an antibiotic course from this company and the person that took care of me from start to finish was Brooke and I gotta say that the care, professionalism and attention to detail went above and beyond. I want to praise her care and hope that many people going through this process get her help. I greatly appreciate her!
