I received quality care, the nurses were informative and pleasant all the time. Option Care treated me with dignity, unlike Dignity Hospital on Warm Springs.
Absolutely outstanding! Everyone I’ve spoken and met with has been professional, clear and organized. I have had home health care several times before and been less than impressed. Nick and Isa represent the company extremely well!
I have been going to Option Care for a few years in Las Vegas for my IV infusion. Anna RN is your most knowledgeable, efficient and likable nurse. I’m also a retired ICU nurse so I know a good nurse when I see one! She makes sure my son and I are comfortable and she makes us smile.! That’s why I gave 5 stars. I do have one complaint about this facility and that is your charge nurse or manager . I don’t know what you call her title.. Everyone at Option Care has been incredibly helpful, and the nursing staff is very professional. I recently had an issue with my line, and they responded right away, providing assistance without any delay. Thanks to their quick response, I was able to avoid another hospital visit. I really appreciate their excellent care and support!
I can’t say enough good things about the care I received at this infusion pharmacy. From the moment I walked in, the team was professional, attentive, and genuinely compassionate. They explained every step of the process clearly, made me feel comfortable, and were always available to answer questions. The facility was clean, well-organized, and ran efficiently, which helped ease a stressful time. Thank you for making a difficult situation so much easier to manage. Highly recommend!
