So far so good
So first of all every person I've dealt with at this location has been kind and professional. Unfortunately, their billing department is either a) utterly incompetent or b) fraudulently incompetent or perhaps some combination thereof. After months of hearing nothing from billing I received a massive bill for like a year's worth of services. We've had 2 nurses so far and we've loved them both. Suhani is so sweet and nice. Carlos is covering now and OMG my daughter really enjoys having him. He's nice, compassionate and cool.
We receive medication from the Pharmacy at Option Care Health. They are always so beyond kind and helpful. I do not feel like my son is a number but an actual person with them.
