physical therapy is wonderful
I was in incredible nerve pain when I started going to Optimus. They have been working with me to ease that pain and teaching me how to exercise correctly to keep from having that pain again. Also working on core strengthening, I have worked with almost everyone there and they are all very knowledgeable about the correct way to help you.

I have gone through 5 knee surgeries. All therapy is difficult after surgery. Most rehabilitation facilities are very basic and can get me up and going. Optimus has been more than basic therapy. They provide exceptionally caring employees. When I first arrived at this facility Mila told me we will have fun!. I thought YA Right! ( not my first rodeo).
