Julie Anne is such an incredible message therapist. I had a message and then an adjustment by Dr.Jamie. The combination of seeing both has given me more incredible results than I have had for years. Dr. Jamie and the staff truly care about their patients. They care about what you are suffering with physically. It is so worth the drive from Calgary.
I have recently needed physiotherapy to help recover from a work place injury and I highly recommend anyone who is need of physiotherapy to see Afolakemi at Optimum Wellness. She has made a huge difference in my recovery journey

So happy with the improved mobility for my compressed nerve in my back - Dr. Damen Jodoin is careful, identified the nerve, and targeted the right area, it seems! I go in there walking like a granny and come out walking almost normally!
