The service department is great. Cheyenne did an excellent job of taking care of us and taking care of all of the things that were wrong with the motorhome after we bought it. Katrina, our sales lady Was very helpful guiding us through the purchasing process. We are very happy with the Optima RV dealership in Tallahassee.
