He called at 8:30 at night which most businesses would not answer, however I like to try to answer the phone for my customers even though it is after hours. This person was one of the nastiest people I have ever dealt with on the phone in over eight years of business. And his justification for being profoundly rude was because we didn't return his phone call from earlier that day. Yes we did miss his phone call and we do not let that happen very often.
