This company sucks they threw my meds on my porch, looked on my ring since they said they delivered dog came up picked up my meds,and went down the street, I have it on video they will not replace my meds so I'm going 90 days without my pantoprazole.I also made police report made no difference I'm still without my medicine.
Horrible customer service and experience. Ruben the owner informed me that he was unable to fill my script because "he was barely breaking even" and "wasting time" trying to fill my prescription. He then proceeded to hang up on me. Awful customer service and horrible way to treat people.
Piss poor customer service. Gets out of state prescription and they just delete it without checking on it. Filed complaint with state and federal government. They are in trouble.
