The therapists have an immense amount of knowledge the human body and all the intricacies of its connection points. Armed with the knowledge as well as a passion for healing through bodywork, the therapists are kind, informative and work with all kinds of clients. I have nothing but great things to say about Christina, the personal trainer! She listens to my goals and tailors each workout to my individual needs. I have scoliosis and decided to try Dave after a friend recommended him. I was not disappointed. He did an exam and explained what my structural and muscular problems were. I am very happy with the results, I have less tightness and pain. I’ll always have scoliosis but easing some of the pain feels great!! Thanks Dave
