Luis the owner was very communicative from the initial estimate to the final Invoice. He kept every appointment and completed all the contracted work quickly, efficiently, and on time. The staff at Optimum was very professional and courteous. I will definitely use them again in the future.
This company is professional, conscientious, pro-active and cost-effective. Luis is good at keeping me informed on the progress of the items we are working on, and expresses a keen desire to produce excellent results. I had a sprinkler problem and he was good about getting that solved in a timely way and recognized the importance of the sprinkler system for the rest of the landscaping to look its best. Optimum Landscaping Service was more then I could have hope for. Luis was able to deliver the sod I needed the next day. I was expecting to just have sod delivered! When Luis told me that installing was part of the service I was overwhelmed as I am a disabled Veteran and that type of work is very had for me. I am looking into use Mr. Moral's again for my new house that I am having built at this time.
I was very impressed with the work of Optimum and have arranged for monthly service from them. Thanks for the great work.
