One company did not reply at all, one replied with a very generic quote, but Optimum (Luis) came to my house and took pictures, measured and generally provided me with a very detailed idea of the work they could provide. Luis responded very quickly and was truly easy to speak and work with. He listened to what we thought we wanted, added comments based on his experience and returned with a bid that was very easy to accept.
