RecommendedDr. Jeff is always extremely professional and his top priority is always his patient's health and best interests. I've seen him regularly for quite some time and he is always extremely attentive and helpful. He has made regular chiropractic treatments affordable for me and is always able to fit me in when it works for my schedule. 9.2.2020 Staff and Dr were not wearing masks, and I was treated to a dialogue of false information from a medical professional about anti-vaxx nonsense. I am immunocompromised and will not be returning to a place that does not respect my health and wellbeing and that would promote mis-information for others to also endanger me.

The staff is very friendly and are willing to work with people in financial difficulties. However, beyond that I would not recommend this chiropractor. I went to him three times and was in more pain than I had ever been in my life. I ended up going to the ER, found out I had a displaced SI joint, two compressed nerves, and herniated disk. A great treatment plan! Dr. Engels has helped me through a neck issue that had me laying on the floor, unable to hold my head up. From the initial assessment to treatment and follow-up, I’ve been impressed with his approach to helping me change posture, as well as strength and flexibility in the affected areas. I highly recommend Optimum Health and Wellness for your chiropractic needs.
They are kind and concerned about your health. He listens and lays out the plan and explains everything in a way that is understandable. I am pain free with increased shoulder and arm mobility. I highly recommend Dr Jeff!!
Dr Engel fit my husband in last minute today as he was in excruciating pain. and went over what could be done to help and long term expectations. He was very caring and thorough and it was a very good experience. We are new to Mt and were unsure who to go to on short notice but I will say that we fully recommend Dr Engel and are so happy we went to him.
