I took my son here for his yearly school check up. I can't believe that my co-pay was $5 but they charged me an additional $10 to complete the school form. This is extreme fees. They has lost my business. I will be taking my businesss elsewhere. They charging double the fee just to fill out a 1 page paper. Horrible.

Did this provider show attention to detail? Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed Did they follow up with you after your appointment? No, but they said they were going to! Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Yes Was this provider's office too cold? Not at all, it was the perfect temperature

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff was friendly enough. I feel like my appointment was pointless. I had deep cleaning that left my teeth feeling the same, and the two fillings that I received hurt worst now than before(one of which gave me no problem) . It was suggested that my issues were due to me not coming sooner, when I only recently started having problems. Did this provider answer all of your questions? Yes Was this provider's staff friendly? Friendly Enough Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt!

Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Did this provider show attention to detail? Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly

Did you receive sample toothbrushes or toothpaste to take home? Yes, I received sample toothbrushes and toothpaste Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen! Do you trust this dentist to only recommend dental procedures you need? Yes, I trust them Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt!
