Our home had an issue with condensation around the air handler, low forced air, and high humidity readings on the thermostat. After a physical inspection and static air pressure test, Mr. Cabrera made a few recommendations: remove the existing return air grille and enlarge the return opening to accommodate a new 24" x 30" return grille.
