On May 27, 2025 I brought my husbands ford fusion here for a full service wash and the back car mats were taken out, I assume to clean, but were not returned. Upon noticing the next day that they were missing, I called and no one knew anything.
I've been here approximately five times and have had three very negative experiences due to damage to my vehicle. The cleaner ate the plastic chrome off my steering wheel. They have broken accessory lights and then refuse to let me retrieve them from the carwash. I've had them use a rag full of wax to dry the inside of my windshield. I tried to never go there My husband on the other hand brings my vehicle there occasionally and it's always a huge disappointment.
