I got my car washed yesterday & it began to downpour out of nowhere they unfortunately did not finish what I paid for not a huge deal rims and tires still dirty, but when I got in and pulled off I made mistake of not turning right around they somehow broke my window control button, today once I was done with work I brought to their attention and they are denying it saying I did it today lol instead of offering a free wash even just down right rude about it very upsetting I will not be going back here sadly Very unprofessiona... read more

On May 27, 2025 I brought my husbands ford fusion here for a full service wash and the back car mats were taken out, I assume to clean, but were not returned. Upon noticing the next day that they were missing, I called and no one knew anything.
