Optimize U has been so organized & thorough in detail on all scans/tests I’ve taken. Location is so easy to get to and their team truly cares about your wellbeing. They just switched their cold plunge to a local salt water brand called Coldtub and the difference is incredible. I can’t wait to go back and get a good reset!
