Our windows just got cleaned this morning by Optimity Window Cleaning. I am extremely disappointed with the results of the cleaning. There are at least 10 window windows that are all smeared with water stains. The whole purpose of this cleaning was to make sure that there were no water stains left behind on the windows. Optimity highly promotes that they use a type of water that supposedly does not leave any water marks behind. In this case it didn’t work at all. I have included some pictures for your perusal.
Very pleasant and professional employees. Next time, I would like a couple of windows washed on the inside as well. This is a new service I was unaware of.
