December Update: I still have mold in my home. I had to get Code Enforcement involved for them to fix the initial problem I brought to them. Per my last reviews, you can see the maintenance team cut the entire lower half of my closet out, even though I did not report that area for having mold. However, from the previous pictures, you can see there is wet, moldy wood in the foundation. UPDATE: I have now been living here for almost two months (Oct 11 makes 2 months). Since I told them I had mold a couple of weeks ago, they sent someone to check my A/C because it was not working. Upon looking in the air filter, the professionals informed them that it needed to be cleaned immediately (mine and the apartment above mine), as that was what was causing the leakages. This has been a terrible experience ever since I moved in about a month ago. Mind you, I have only been here a month. My apartment WAS NOT cleaned prior to my move in, as there was black glue all over the floor (and still is because its too hard to get up), lights not working, toilet bowl was filthy, and now there is mold growing my home, and to top it off, there is no functioning air conditioning running through my home.
