One time after my appointment, while I was in the process of paying for my visit, I spoke with the women processing my payment. I simply asked a few simple insurance questions. Instead of being helpful, I was met with a severe attitude and hostility for asking for some clarity by this woman named Cassie. The optometrist was fine, but the revelations woman was just awful... Would not recommend this practice on the basis of their ill mannerism and un professionalism.

Julie is an incredible eye doctor. She is very patient and thorough. She answered all of my questions and even gave me some great recommendations. Unfortunately, I am moving from the Dallas area, but will travel back once a year just to keep her as my eye doctor!!
Totally recommend this place, the staff are all really nice and will go above and beyond for all of their customers!
Dr. D is amazing! She’s friendly, efficient, and very professional. I was a walk-in at the office and she saw me immediately. The entire process, from check-in to eye exam to trying on new contacts, was fast and easy. I would highly recommend OptimEyes Optometry and will continue to see Dr. D in the future.
Hidden gem in Allen. I had to change insurance thru work and so I was nervous about switching to a new doctor. Dr. Douangphila was wonderful and wasn't a push on buying expensive glasses. She took her time and spoke to me about what my concerns and needs. Very impressed!
Dr. Douangphila and her staff was amazing! I had great experience and I be returning every year to get my exam, eyewear, and contacts from her. If you're in the Dallas area and looking for an optometrist, this is the place to be! Excellent service and great selection of eyewear!
