My first experience has been great! Very responsive and helpful throughout the process.
I receive Remicade from Optimed Specialty Pharmacy. There have been numerous times where I have struggled with refills and referrals, but the ladies at Optimed always come through for me. They go above and beyond to figure out the issue and insure that I get my medication.
My wife and I love the excellent service provided by Ashley over the last two years. She is always very proactive and thinking two steps ahead. She is always friendly and professional.
Amazing is all I can say. Everyone is kind, helpful and caring. This is changing my life and outlook on life.
If you've ever had to start a new injection or infusion, you know how hectic and stressful the process is while dealing with insurance companies and specialty pharmacies at the same time.
