I have had experience with both Phil and Marisa, and they were professional, caring, kind, and wonder workers. I've been getting massages for 18 years off and on. Dave is the only person who can massage everything out. Absolutely perfect.
I recommend trying all that you can! The amount of pain I encounter with my neck and back, sometimes is unbelievably unbearable at times. One acupuncture/cupping treatment with Dr. Phil, and a full body massage with Dave.. has me making movements I haven’t been able to do in a great length of time, just one day later! Blessed for that. Probably the best massage that I’ve ever had!! Dave was super awesome and his nickname ( the muscle whisperer) is legit.
Dr. Phil is the only person to relieve me of long term pain after a motorcycle accident. I usually do Acupuncture, cupping and ptsd treatment. I walk out with a natural high every time.
I don't know that I will be able to do justice with my words, but I will give it a shot. Phil - you have been such a breath of fresh air in my life. I had the most amazing massage from Dave Stepan today! I had been struggling with extreme muscle tension that was causing severe headaches. He did trigger point therapy, and wow! I feel so much better. I have been without a headache since I left! Definitely recommend!
Marisa is the best massage therapist I have ever had. She is knowledgeable and can get right to the root of the pain. I just recently had a knee replacement and with her help the swelling is minimized, my muscles are relaxing and I am having a quicker recovery. I highly recommend Optimal Movement.
