My first consultation with Dr. Bermudez was beyond helpful. He was able to show me in the right direction and I was able to have therapy with Maria Burke and I am honestly forever grateful. They are professional and caring.

Solo voy a comentar por mi experiencia con la sicologa Amy torres, estuve alrededor de un año bajo terapia hace un buen tiempo. Es muy mala como sicologa, domina muy pocas técnicas solo te enseña a manejar la respiración. En cada sesión lo unico que hacia era escucharte y mas nada, no ponia ejercicios y terminaba casi siempre antes de la hora. Ya llevo en otra clínica y otra terapeuta casi 2 años y si me ha ayudado.

I’ve had a genuinely positive experience with my therapist, which is why it’s disappointing to have to write this review. Unfortunately, my interactions with the billing department have been extremely frustrating. I’ve called more than eight times trying to get clarification on charges. I had weekly online meetings with Kyla, and she is an exceptional listener. She never pushed me to take action before I was ready; instead, she helped me come to terms with what I was ready for, while gently guiding me to focus on the positive aspects of each situation. New consultation was scheduled for 4 PM. They told me to actually go to the office. Got there at 3:50 and waited around. Around 450. I called the phone number and asked inquiring about the appointment. However, it was supposed to be a phone consultation, which I never received a phone call! I have rearranged everything throughout my day and prior commitments to be at this appointment that never happened. No one even called me within that hour or even before during the day before the appointment. Totally unacceptable!
