Today, I care for a friends mom and want to acknowledge "Shay" from Bristol, who always goes above and beyond each time she comes to help shower and care for the lady I care for. Shay is amazing and caring at the same time, she understands the patient and knows the little things that matter. She is thorough and smart and really cares and respects the patient. Great job!
