Very unorganized, had scheduled visit canceled several times and someone in office would change the visit and not call patient to inform of change. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate of patient.
If I can give negative ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I would! This company is so unorganized, so unprofessional it’s disgusting. We tried to use them for my mom and everyone sucked. The right hand didn’t know what the lady hand was doing. One person would say this therapist is coming out Tuesday, you talk to said therapist and they had no clue. I don’t know how this place is still open. Their PT refused to come back because my mom who needs help walking, standing etc asked the PT to help him with getting my mom on and off the scale which appar... read more

My dad was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer which is hard enough to deal with neverthelessall the insurance we deal with..but when I was Introduced to optimal home health care I made contact with Natasha and Janna and both have been so helpful and understanding and compassionate to our recent changes to our families life they have been on their game with keeping us posted on all stages of the medical equipment our dad required and have bent over backwards to see us throught it ..I would recommend Optimal health care to any... read more
My husband’s in-home therapy was frustrating. When therapy first needed to be scheduled, the PT asst. called and wanted to do it the same day. Then they were late for the first session and so late the second time that my husband cancelled. A PT was supposed to come and evaluate him for his last appt, never showed up, and called the next morning and asked if they could be here in a couple of hours. Um, no, you can’t.
