To say Optimal Hearing and Melinda Mallory went above and beyond is an understatement. She was very knowledgeable about all the products being offered to us and we didn't feel pressured. She has been so helpful since our initial visit with anything we needed. Thank you again for all your help with our hearing aids and questions.
Mrs. Melinda Mallory is very knowledgeable about all the different hearing aid products that are offered through Optimal Hearing. She is very courtesy, respectful, and always helpful with any questions you could possibly have about their products. She goes above and beyond what is expected of her and I will recommend her and Optimal Hearing to everyone I know.

I am very pleased with the service provided by Optimal Hearing at the Americus office. The technician, Melinda Mallory, is very professional, but relaxed, and responded to any questions that I had. Since I have been wearing the hearing aids, she has followed up with several visits to ensure the proper functioning of the devices. She has also responded to questions via phone. I recommend Optimal Hearing and Ms Mallory.
The lady in Americus (who also serves in Cordele) was very friendly and professional. She knew her product well, was willing to answer all my questions, and never pressured me into a sale. I will definitely be recommending Optimal Hearing to all my friends.
