Professionally they definitely know what there doing!!! But beyond that they are the kindest people you will every meet and you will leave there smiling and feeling blessed because their joy just radiates off them ❣️
We found the Summerville staff to be very knowledgeable and efficient. They ran tests and explained the results quite clearly. Amber connected a pull tab to one of my aides which had been missing for a couple of years. Our overall experience was actually delightful and felt very comfortable with the staff!
Emma Shanks was Extremely Helpful when I walked in without an appointment to try to get my brothers hearing aids working. He is not well and had been unable to get to anyone to have them cleaned and checked. Emma did all of that at no charge to him and very efficiently. He is so happy to be able to hear again.
