Dr Katie and Dr Alivia are the best! I have been in pain or discomfort or sometimes clicking and popping where and when i shouldn't(!) - they have always been able to get me back to balance, moving again. LOVE the convenience and high quality of the products in the store. Best Chiro office in town!

Dr. Katie & Dr. Alivia are both very knowledgeable chiropractors. I drive 30 minutes out of my way to get adjusted here and pass several other chiropractic offices along the way. My adjustments are gentle and have held longer than with other chiropractors. They are great with athletes too as they have treated our daughter. Oh, and my massage was great too! Very caring staff!!
My family and I love Optimal Health & Wellness and all of the amazing staff! In addition to wonderful Chiropractic care I participated in the 10 week weight loss class, and It changed my life!
