I added my family to the patient list when they first opened but haven't had many positive experiences. I recently tried to visit their walk-in and was turned away (which was strange as they were empty and still had hours until close).
I want to thank the team at Optimal Health, especially Dr. Karukapadath…my friend who isn’t from this city contracted pneumonia while on a trip..he finished his antibiotics but still wasn’t feeling strong enough to get home..I emailed the office and I received a response within an hour …an appointment was booked for him…..thank you Dr. Karukapadath for his care and patience…feel very grateful to be a patient there myself and also how quickly they were able to help my friend .
I’ve been visiting Optimal Medical Clinic for the past 2.5 years, and my experience has been consistently excellent. The staff is incredibly polite, attentive, and patient, they always listen carefully to my concerns and provide the best advice. Although I’m not sure why the doctors change so frequently, but every doctor I’ve met has been extremely knowledgeable and genuinely outstanding in their approach.
