Excellent, proficient and caring staff from the receptionist to the nurses and the Doctors. They saw me as an emergency when i badly burnt my hand and continued providing excellent care with my general health thereafter. Always empathetic, friendly, and very thorough in their appointments. A special thanks to Dr Jane Zahiri who is now my GP. I couldn't recommend them more.
I asked the clinic to correct an incorrect Medicare billing item, not for a cheaper fee. My phone consult lasted just over 4 minutes, yet I was initially charged for a >6-minute item. After I queried this, the item was corrected — but the fee was adjusted so my out-of-pocket cost stayed almost the same. I’ve maybe written like three reviews in my life but this place literally touched my soul. I have never been met by such empathy, compassion and kindness and care combined with complete professionalism and thorough understanding and expertise from a doctor like I did from Dr Mi Soo Cho. She literally has all of my heart’s love and thanks. Dr Jane Zahiri is extremely professional and always shows a high level of responsibility during every consultation. Over the past three years, my daughter has seen her many times, and each time she has provided thoughtful, clear, and appropriate advice. We truly trust her judgment and feel reassured knowing our daughter is in such capable hands. Highly recommended.
Visited Rhodes OHMC on a Saturday to see a GP. The clinic was not particularly busy, yet the waiting time was over 30 minutes. There was no clear explanation provided, nor any proactive update from the front desk regarding the delay. For a weekend appointment, timely service and basic communication are important. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet reasonable expectations. I hope the clinic can improve its scheduling and communication with patients in the future.
