I visited several GPs here, Dr Jacky Li is very arrogant, not patient to listen and carefully examine what I asked for. Other Doctors are good.
My first experience with Dr.Beatrice was incredible. She is very patient and attentive to all my questions, she explained what my symptoms are and how to prevent it. I’m so glad I came here, Even the receptionists are very nice too. Highly recommend
I do think OHMC is very good, however, this is a review for one of the GP's with whom I've unfortunately had a couple of poor consultations/interactions. I visited Optimal Health Clinic for a knee injury and saw Dr. Jacky Li (he not my usual GP). Unfortunately, the appointment felt rushed and unprofessional. Dr. Li didn't even perform basic clinical or standard physical tests to check for structural damage. He was dismissive of my symptoms and insisted it was just bursitis. Excellent, proficient and caring staff from the receptionist to the nurses and the Doctors. They saw me as an emergency when i badly burnt my hand and continued providing excellent care with my general health thereafter. Always empathetic, friendly, and very thorough in their appointments. A special thanks to Dr Jane Zahiri who is now my GP. I couldn't recommend them more.
