I have been a patient of Ole's for quite awhile and go to him when needed. He is very optimistic and really works on individual health needs.
Ole is great and has eliminated my back/shoulder/neck pain, along with foot pain. Keeps me feeling great and able to run and do everyday activities pain free! He provides great at home stretches and exercises in addition to treatment. I would definitely recommend Optimal Health!
Ole at Optimal Health has been our go to Chiropractor for 6 years now. Whether we have an injury or just feeling off, he can tell exactly what we need. He is very willing to give you information on stretches and exercises to help too. He also has a nice workout area at this new office and we really enjoy the kettlebell classes. We trust him and wouldn't go anywhere else. He's not only a chiropractor, but is all about being and keeping you healthy as a person. Definitely recommend him to family and friends.
