Dr Williams is very thorough. I feel stronger and better than ever with hormone therapy. The office is run professionally and they stay on time. Everyone is friendly: I highly recommend Dr. Williams.
Christina Telcocci is the absolute best! Love the way she interacts with me on my visits. Never rushes me and always answers my questions. I drive almost two hours to see her because no one else has worked with and treated me the way she does. She is amazing!!!
The P.A. Tricia Hall needs to work on her bedside manner. This appointment was a waste of time. She rushed through the exam, did not even address the reason I was there, left the room - a nurse came in and told me I was ready to check out, I inquired about the REASON I was there. I was honestly dreading the process of searching, finding, and seeing a new doctor. My experience with Dr. Williams exceeded what I could have possibly hoped for! In the first 30 seconds I had to try to pick my jaw up off the floor as I listened to him explain exactly what had been going on with me, why, and what he could do. Dr. Williams and his staff of PAs are amazing! I've been a patient at Optimal Health for a little over 2 years. I had been having problems for years and just didn't think there was anything to do about them so I hadn't mentioned them to anyone. After my exam a few months ago, Abbey asked a few questions and got right to the problem and had a solution!
