I've seen Dr. Noel Williams for nearly 20 years. I first heard him at a lecture he gave on bioidentical hormones at UCO in 2002. He was the 1st physician in OKC to educate people about and begin treating women with bioidentical hormones. Dr. Williams is absolutely the best doctor I've ever seen (and I've seen a LOT!)
