Dr. Mainord and his staff are great!! From the receptionist, to the massages. Holly does a fabulous job & always makes me feel better after a massage! Dr. Mainord also always makes me feel better with an adjustment and or dry needling. I highly recommend them!
I have been doing crossfit for about 2 years. I have had small issues with my wrists and hips. Most recently, I injured my shoulder. Dr. Mainord has been phenomenal!! I had several dry needle treatments along with some at home and pre-workout routines he recommended. My shoulder feels 100xs better. I have also had several deep tissue massage therapy sessions with Jordan...she is very good!! I have no complaints with any of the staff and recommend them to EVERYONE!!
