I was looking for more engaging healthcare and came across Optimal Clinic. It has been a really great experience. Modern facilities, wonderful nurse practitioners and I have had great healthcare coverage. Time to talk about my issues in depth and get real insight and diagnosis. Glad I joined
We had our first appointment yesterday with the NP. We are thrilled with the time she took to go over my husbands history and needs. He has numerous health issues including cancer with several specialists on his team, but we needed a “boots on the ground” person. His GP is over 1.5 hours away so no longer an option given the health issues. So thankful for this service and grateful we could afford the yearly fee.
Trying to get my 86 year old mother to join the yearly membership. They called for a phone interview and basically told us they would not want her due to her age and memory issues. They said they would call back in a few days with options. That was 3 weeks ago...Sad......
Positive experiences all around thus far. Very professional and welcoming team.
