The staff is in adequately trained. They allow clients to assault other clients and do absolutely nothing about it. And when the client who is assaulted wants to call the police to have charges pressed on the person who is assaulting them, they use pressure to convince the client not to press charges. They refuse to keep their clients safe
Just a bunch of people that basically do nothing. They refuse to hand over the medication and do not help their clients
My experience(s) was that there was very little support for employees. Left abandoned by supervisor during several high level crisis situations. Mandated employee wage cuts due to non-payments from insurance company(ies). Reputable Newspaper articles circulating about "fraud allegations". I was highly disappointed with the "behind the scenes" actualities. Not a healthy supportive environment. Alot of backbiting and gossiping. Some clients want the help. Some dont.
