This is one of the worst assistance programs to ever exist. The reason being they cancel your service for no reason. Take there employees side without getting both sides of the story and looking into it. Im sorry that I ever switched service. They need an internal investigation from top to bottom 100 percent. To anybody else who is looking into this program don't do it. They should get a zero not a 1 star. One other thing the employees swear at you for no reason.
Terrible management! Office toxicity. Drama galore. Severe micro management. If you don’t drink with the program director ya may find yourself on the chopping block. You can literally be employee of the month and then fired back to back for no reason other than possibly asking for training which is subpar at best. They pick and choose favorites when it comes to customers and they treat and aid accordingly. Their motto “on your side by your side” is depending on who you are and how convenient it is to help.
