Unreliable and lazy. They left our food shipment in the woods 100 yards from out house. Frequently delivered after 9pm if not at all. Drove through yard. Ran over gutter drains. Caused us to stop using companies using them.
They ignored delivery instructions and instead left my package on a downtown city sidewalk. Thankfully I got to it in time before it was stolen, not good!
Left three very big and expensive packages outside a gate on a very busy street if I had not seen them they would have been stolen. It’s not that hard to walk a few feet further and put them inside the gate. Do better next time!
Horrible service. I am not sure why this delivery carrier was chosen by the company I purchased my items from. They delivered my package to the wrong house and did not provide any solutions. If I could put zero stars I would.
Phone stolen from the factory. Dont use Optima.
