This collection agency is unprofessional, tries to intimidate people, does not bother to check facts. I have been making monthly payments for a medical bill I owe from when I had cancer, and lousy insurance. This guy Kevin calls me, threatens me, and lies when he says I had not made a payment for three months. I called the hospital business office and the lady told me that my account was up to date, and there was no issue as far as they were concerned. I called Kevin back to ask him what was going on and he hung up on me.
