I rate the receptionist a 10. Very helpful in using hand held device after checking. My nurse, Patricia Robinson also was a 10. Patricia explained that doctor was retiring and she was taking his place. She reviewed my list of meds and we had a discussion on various medical issues I have had in past. Patricia listened and clarified a few things. She truly acted like she was quite interested in patient history.
My Husband Michael and I had the really great privledge if meeting our new NP Patricia Robinson and We were Very Pleased.. She took her time going over our records and lab results andvjust getting to know us . That meant a good deal to Us because We felt that We were more than just a number but real patients of hers!!!
