Paid for installation of flooring and a shower room with a tub. Found out that the tub was not connected to the drain, is loose and unstable and the floor tiles under the tub were not installed! This renders the tub unusable. I have - for a year - request that Ivan Sorkobole fix this problem. Being “ghosted “ is not taking responsibility for his actions/lack there of. Great store with a big selection of wood, tiles, and everything you need for a renovation. Very friendly people who really know their stuff. Definitely recommend this company for your next project!
