Nice staff. Lets see how my face heals from the treatment. So far so good. I refered one friend so far. It is so professional a real person answered the phone. Not AI or someone thousands of miles away that knows little English. Billing is always good. I recently had an negaitive experience with Mercy West. They miscoded a procedure and it is very hard to talk to a person on site. I project medical facilities that contract services out will lose customers. Again your group is excellent. Keep customer service important.
