Great new owners and staff at btyDental. Did a front tooth crown last time. This time just a cleaning that left my mouth feeling very good.
I had a great experience here, from regular examination to major treatment like a crown. The receptionists are super welcome and address all your concerns regarding the treatment plans, billings, and dealing with insurances. Dr.Liang and Dr.Han are also knowledgable, thinking from patients' perspective to give the best treatment plan without over-treatment. I am just super glad to visit btyDental and meet those nice people here. Highly recommended if you are looking for a dentist in Bellevue!
They scheduled my son's appointment for 5 1/2 months instead of 6 so insurance denied coverage. I called to discuss this issue with them. They said they would talk to manager and call me back. Never got a call back and then they just sent me a bill requesting payment for the overdue outstanding balance. If they can't do the small things correctly, I won't be trusting them with anything else.
