good staff . doctor hagerty is very caring and has your best interests at heart and he takes the time to listen. He is a life saver and I could not survive with out him I am going to tell all my friends on Hilton Head about him !
To me the front desk people, staff, PA-C Scott Schnainble and Dr. Joseph Hegarty show the most concern for their patients health, wellness and well being.

Dr. Hegarty diagnosed the sources of my excruciating back pain. The scan showed a compression fracture that in the 3 months that I suffered had been overlooked by both an orthopedic surgeon and a neurosurgeon. Both other doctors had looked at my scan and dismissed me with a “Your back is a mess.” Dr. Hegarty is a healer.

Dr Hagerty is the best. He takes his time and listens and always tries to find a solution to any problem you may have. Even when I was a self pay he made sure I was charged the minimum. Not a lot of doctors would care about your expense, but he did and I appreciated it greatly. Been seeing him for 10+ yrs now. His staff is wonderful also.

Today was my first time so I was a little nervous, but the staff was so nice and helpful. And I loved my new doctor. Dr. Hegarty listened to me and explained everything so I could understand. Awesome place!!
